There have been problems reported where there are interactions between modules Specifically, the Calendar Module and the Video Module have been know to interact in some way. The one case had a problem when the "Show Expired Events for X Days" was set to 0. When the selection was set to Don't Show Expired Events, the problem went away. Deleting modules until the one causing the problem was the only way to trouble shoot the problem.
