What does my Signera Media Player look like?

Sometimes Signera Support may ask you to verify lights on the front of the media player or to manually hit the power button on the media player.

If you didn't install the media player and haven't really dealt with it before, it may be hard to identify. Especially if its in a closet with a bunch of other equipment or mounted behind a TV.

Below are a couple examples of what your Signera Media Player may look like. They have evolved over the years, so the designs can vary greatly.

Older generation media players look like this:

Current Generation players look like this:

Note: The power button is also the power indicator light (showing solid blue when on). This buttons is recessed and looks more like a light than a button. However it can be depressed to turn on/off the player. The power button is to the right of the headphone jack in the above pictured media player.
