Is part of your sign cut off on the screen? Or can you not see all of your content on the screen?
This is actually an issue on the TV itself.
Unfortunately this is not a setting that can be fixed by Signera or via our interface or from the media player.
The setting is related to the TV.
All TVs do what is called "over-scanning" by default. This is just another fancy way of saying they all zoom in a little bit. This is so different size TVs can all display the same content without seeing 'blank' or 'white' or 'dead' space on the screen. This is also how a new wide HDTV and an old square tube TV can both show the same show on the screen. The old square tube TV zooms in a lot, while the newer wide HDTV zooms in only a little.
Here is an example of "over scan" areas on both a 4:3 TV (the old tube TVs) and a 16:9 TV (all new wide screen TVs).

Usually with newer high-end TVs they will recognize that a media player or computer is connected and automatically turn off this over-scan setting.
Otherwise you will need to adjust this setting on your own using the buttons on the TV or the TV remote.
Using the remote or buttons open a menu called 'Display' or 'Picture' or 'Video' or 'Resolution' (unfortunately the menu is different on every TV).
Then look for a setting called "Over Scan", or "Picture Size" or "Ratio". Otherwise look for settings similar to these names, as these are the most common: "Over Scan", "Just Fit", "Fit to Screen", "16:9", "Zoom None/Off", or "PC/Computer Mode".
You may need to toggle between all the settings until you find one that works.
Adjust until the sign or picture is fully on the TV.
Rarely on cheap TVs or really old TVs they will not have a way to turn this over-scan off. They either have built in fixed over-scanning, or didn't anticipate the need to hook up a computer. In this instance we either recommend using a different TV or using a template/frame that doesn't have important content on the edges of the screen. You may also need to keep this restriction in mind whenever uploading content.
