Media player won't turn on, power light or LED just blinks
Please have the customer hold the power button in until the system has powered back off. With the power button depressed have them disconnect the power cable and continue to hold it for 10-15 seconds. Once it has completely drained of power have them reconnect the cable and power back on normally.
This can sometimes be caused by the BIOS being set to Power on AC as opposed to Last State due to AC loss. If this does not correct the issue it is possible the memory has become dislodged in shipping and may need to be reseated.
