What is a corrupt slide?
A corrupt slide is a slide that does not work or is broken. It can cause a Adaptive Module (Custom Slideshow Module) to not update correctly.
How do I see if I have a corrupt slide?
You can go to each slide in a Adaptive Module (Custom Slideshow Module) scroll to the bottom and click "Open Preview in a New Window". If the slide comes up correctly, you are fine. If it comes up as a image with a red X in it or a broken image icon, then its a corrupt slide.
Also within the list of all slides in a Adaptive Module (Custom Slideshow Module) you'll see "[ Possible File Issue ]" in yellow below the slide's name if the system has determined the slide might be corrupt.
Why is my slide corrupt?
This can happen for a number of reasons. An incompatible file. A file that was saved wrong. An internet interruption during uploading a slide, etc.
What can I do to fix a corrupt slide?
You can simply re-upload your document or image to fix a corrupt slide. Once a Adaptive Module (Custom Slideshow Module) has no corrupt slides, it will work as it should.
