So your sign is expired and you've already mailed payment, but it hasn't been received by Signera yet?
Not to fear, Signera Support can extend your sign(s) easily and quickly to get you back up and running!
Signera sends out a physical invoice by USPS mail 45 days before your sign(s) is set to expire.
Signera will then also e-mail reminders 10 days and again at 5 days before expiration.
10 days before expiration e-mail reminders will be sent to "Admin Users"
5 days before expiration e-mail reminders will be sent to "Admin Users" and "Content Users"
These settings can be changed by an "Admin User" by logging into Signera, going to "Subscriptions" and changing the settings under "Email Notice Settings".
All Invoices and Sales Receipts can also be reviewed by the "Subscriptions" button for "Admin Users".
"Sales Receipts" are automatically e-mailed to the "Contact Email" on file with Signera upon payment processing by the Accounting Department. Your "Contact Email" can be seen under the "Email Notice Settings" option on the "Subscriptions" button for "Admin Users" as well. If the "Contact Email" needs changed, please contact Signera Support or the Accounting Department.
If your billing department is not able to process the payment in time, Signera may grant a 1-week extension via the Support Department. Signera Support CANNOT extend sign(s) beyond a 1-week interval.
So if today is December 5th, and your sign is set to expire on December 5th, Signera Support can grant a courtesy extension of 1 week until December 12th. If by December 12th Signera has not received and processed your payment yet, Signera Support, may under certain circumstances extend the sign(s) by another 1-week courtesy extension (in this case until December 19th). We'd recommend contacting Signera Support on December 11th in this example.
Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to e-mail/call Signera Support for the 2nd extension prior to the expire date to avoid service interruption.
If you think payment will take longer than 2 weeks, we recommend reaching out to your Sales Manager or Accounting Department to see if they can give your sign(s) special extensions. However, this is NOT something Signera Support can perform, only the Sales Manager or the Accounting Department.
Also please note that the "10 day" and "5 day" emails may still be sent out during extensions. This is an automated process.
