Why isn't Weather, RSS Feeds, Date/Time Widget, World Clock Widget, live updates, etc. working on Preview?
Although sometimes missed, there is a warning bar above the Preview window that explains what is going on.

Preview Notes: Because Preview is not meant to act as a sign, but just a quick overview, some content does not load. This includes (but is not limited to): Weather (only shows placeholder), RSS Feeds, Date/Time Widget, World Clock Widget, and automatic updating of slides + new content.
This is so the Preview window isn't used as a live sign, it also reduces network traffic and a user's browser resources as a live sign continuously reaches out for updates. A Preview simply only accesses the servers 1 time to download the current sign configuration. Any changes to the sign while a client has Preview open will not update. Updates will only display in Preview once Preview is closed and manually open again.
The limit of Weather on Preview is also because the EULA (End User License Agreement) the client has with WeatherBug/EarthNetworks, along with the agreement Signera has with WeatherBug/EarthNetworks only allows weather data to be shown on an actual sign.
If you have a lot of slides in an Adaptive Module (Custom Slideshow Module) some/all might not load. Preview isn't intended to be used to preview 50+ slides, or a lot of video slides.
