Preview is not working in Firefox, it just shows a white box?
If you are trying to preview a Frame/Template using the FireFox web browser and you see a white box where your Frame/Template should be showing, you may need to install Flash.
Even if you have installed Flash previously, we recommend completing these steps again.
How to install Flash on FireFox:
1) Go to this web page: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-flash-plugin-view-videos-animations-games#w_installing-the-flash-plugin-manually
2) Click "Flash Player download page"
3) Click "Download now" button
4) Run Flash Installer
5) Once Flash Installer has completed, close Flash Installer
6) Close out of FireFox completely
7) Re-open FireFox
8) Go back to Preview a Frame/Template
9) You may see a "Gray/Black" box now saying "Run/Allow Flash", Click on this then click "Run Flash" (also click the "Remember this decision" checkbox if available)
10) You should now be able to Preview Frame/Templates within FireFox
