Before or after you installed and authenticated your media player, your IP address and/or MAC address changed.
The local IP address should stay the same (although its public IP doesn't matter).
Also the MAC address of the player should stay the same. Changing the network configuration could trigger this message.
You can attempt to re-install the media player to get around this error message.
