My Timezone (timezone) is incorrect! Or, my time is incorrect and I'm unsure why!


There are 4 different places that control time zones and how content/information is displayed. I will list them all below (as well as where to change them).

1) Each media player has a time-zone setting.
This is under "Sign Network" or "Player Network". Hit "Edit" next to the media player in question. Select correct time-zone for the "Time Zone" drop-down then hit "Save".

2) Each 'Event Schedular' module has a time-zone setting.
This is under your 'Event Schedular' module. Go to your events module (as an Admin User). Make sure "Calendar Time Zone:" has the right time-zone drop-down selected then hit "Save".

3) Each Media Player has a local time-zone setting.
The media player is a standard Windows computer. Just like all windows computers, it has its own timezone settings. You'll need to hook up a keyboard + mouse to the media player and change this setting locally.

4) Each 'User' has their own Time-zone setting.
Login as an 'Admin User'. Go to 'Users' or 'Manage Users'. Select 'Edit' next to user in question. Scroll down and make sure the "Time Zone" drop-down has the correct time zone selected for the user then hit "Save".
