Who/What?
If the Red/Green lights within an Adaptive Module (Custom Slideshow Module) don't match what is playing on your media player or sign.

Or if, the Red/Green lights within an Adaptive Module (Custom Slideshow Module) don't match what is playing on your Preview.

Or if, what is playing on your media player or sign doesn't match what is playing on your Preview.

Why?
This is because a "User" account and a media player (or sign) both have their own timezone setting. If the settings do not match, you may have a different timezone set for a User or Sign.

How?
- Preview uses a user's timezone setting.
- The Green/Red lights within an Adaptive Module (Custom Slideshow Module) show based on a user's timezone.
- A Media Player (or sign) display content based on it's own timezone setting (each media player or sign can have its own different timezone setting)
- A Media Player (or sign) shows its time/date based on the machine's local timezone setting.

How to Fix?
Please see this article for everywhere you need to make sure timezone settings are successfully set: My Timezone (timezone) is incorrect! Or, my time is incorrect and I'm unsure why!
