You have an Adaptive Module (or Custom Slideshow Module) and you have multiple slides within this module.
You have confirmed these slides are toggled "on" but yet they still aren't playing?
The first quick thing to look at is under the "Status" column. Do you see green? red? or yellow?
Green means it should be playing (based on the timezone setting for YOUR specific user. For more on timezones see this article: My Timezone (timezone) is incorrect! Or, my time is incorrect and I'm unsure why!)
Yellow means it should be playing if nothing else is scheduled or on, this is a special case.
Red means its NOT on and isn't playing
See more about status lights in this article: The Status Lights within Adaptive Module (Custom Slideshow Module) don't match my sign! Or my Sign doesn't match Preview!
If you've verified the status lights are right (or you believe they're right) then continue below.
There are 3 possible reasons they could still not be playing:
1) The slide is "turned on" but you have Advanced Scheduling or Regular Scheduling that have the slide(s) in question either expiring in the past, or not scheduled to turn on yet.
How to Fix? Check slide scheduling for each slide
2) Your media player does not have an internet connection, so your media player is showing "old" information.
How to Fix and verify?, check out this article: My Internet Connection Appears to be Down, How do I fix?
3) Your changing slide(s) in a module that is not actually attached to your template/frame
Make sure you check under the section called: "Module Location on Template(s)" that the template you are intending to change, has this module that you're making changes in.
If you're making changes in a module not attached to any templates, or not attached to the template on your media player/sign, then those changes will obviously not show.
